The Left is neither "liberal", nor "progressive". They are authoritarian, collectivist and regressive. They hijacked good names.
Also if folks get the impression that "Libertarians" are only about drugs and kookiness, they are wrong. The current "Libertarian" party may be a sorry bunch, but it doesn't change a bit of Libertarian values which are heart and soul of America and Conservatism.
To quote Ronald Reagan:
