America, Liberty has won the day today! Our Civil Rights, as stated in the Bill of Rights in the Constitution have been upheld.
Today, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the Second Amendment, the right to keep and bear arms, and incorporated that decision onto the states through the 14th Amendment. In a victory for constitutionalists and Gun Rights advocates, Judge Diarmuid OScannlains Opinion in the case Nordyke vs. King states in part the following:

I don’t care how many times I have read this, I still have trouble believing it.
possibly they are doing a preemptive strike against states rights and the 10th amendment.
It is great that they upheld what is ours...but, does it really matter if the government says we have the right or not? To me it is one of those rights that the government cannot legally deny us, like our right to life. Indeed, our right to bear arms is a derivative of our right to life.
I believe it may be because the 14th Amendment was used to blanket cover the States. Certainly the 14th is cited in the Opinion.
