The "assessment" defined violent "right-wing extremism" as including "individuals" who oppose abortion, gun control and illegal immigration, and asked local and state police to "scrutinize" such people.

All of us need to write to our congressional representatives and demand that she be held to fire for her statements and actions.

This is what I wrote:

I have read Janet Napolitano's directive about "right-wing extremist" and find her conclusions not only unbelievable, but an attempt to trample my civil rights. Should you fail to call her out on this position, indeed, demand her resignation since she is unfit to serve as the head of DHS, there is little I can do to force you to such action. However, rest assured, I will work my butt off during the next round of primaries to defeat you and anyone else from this state, regardless of party, who fails to stand up and defend my civil rights from such a leftist attack.
