I simply don't believe that. Period. If you know how Janet Napolitano operates, you would. She's had much of the state of AZ under camera surveillance, mostly on the highways of the greater Phoenix area. And not with just the speed cameras. There are cameras all over town monitoring traffic patterns. You can download the application on your iPhone of you want. If they wanted to profile "tea party" gatherers, they will, and they have. Believe it.
