Her recent comments about conservatives being "obsolete" and "old school republicans" being "scared sh**less" are starting to get annoying. She doesn't need a year-long book promotion tour.
To: GoldStandard
A young RINO is still very much a RINO.
Hey Meggy, learn what Conservatism is before you bash it, much less co-opt it!

Good Lord no, she offers nothing but more Conservative bashing wrapped up in a youthful package...enough of that crap.

Nothing against you, GS. But all Meghan McCain-related articles should be prohibited on FR. Why give her the publicity? We know that she’s splitting the party.

What's annoying is that her name appears so much on this board..

Megan McCain speaks for no one but herself and possibly her father. She is being held up by the MSM to try and create dissension inside the party. She is indicative of what the Tea Parties are about. We are sick of her compromising sense of morality and adjustable bounds on common sense. She needs to shut her spoiled little pie hole for 10 years.
To: GoldStandard
She looks like an overweight Bridget (Travel Channel’s Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches). I can tolerate the ditz Bridget but not Meghan the weighty wench.

No, she most certainly is not.
Though if somebody wants to shove a camera in my face, I’ll be more than happy to give them a piece of my mind.

Anyone who remains in a party that has been consistently abandoning Conservative principles is only empowering the very type of political ideology they claim to be preventing.

"Meghan McCain ... presented a new face for the GOP: a
conservative that is forward looking on issues like the environment and gay rights and yet able to hold on the
core values of the party."
She is not a conservative. She is a RINO like her daddy.
Her values are the core values of the Rockefeller Wing of the Republican Party. Those values are a loser - for the Republicans and for America.

Another over-privileged, under-talented off-spring of a mother with inherited wealth and a father who’s been in D.C. too long. The less we hear of her, the better.
To: GoldStandard
I’d vote for Piper Palin before I’d ever vote for another McCain.

Agree, this is like C Kennedy ... deserves it because of “who” she is, but “ya know” can’t carry a discussion past 2 words. Why does M McCain still get coverage, she, like here daddy are “has beens” ... go home, help daddy build a fence.

There may soon be a new face of the GOP, possibly even female, but my guess is that she'll be brunette:
