HEY!!! I have the solution! We have 20 million (or more) illegals here that don’t want to be home, and most want to work - come get all you can and put them to work over there!!!!
What a country!!!
Many things need to be done in Russia. Among these are encouraging the resurgence of religion freedom and teaching family values by example. Another is discouraging the national past time - vodka consumption. And, of course, there need to be incentives to grow businesses to help to create employment and to strengthen the economy.
There are a million changes Russia needs to make, and until there is the promise of hope, people will not want to bring children into a world with a dark future.
