True story, 7mm.
This Vietnam Vet knows all to well about guerrilla fighting. Charlie never attacked from his own home ... nor drew attention to himself ... he was the unseen ... unknown ... undetected enemy.
Don’t for a moment think that I am not VERY serious about this
Join the club. You’re in good company, FRiend.
In life we fight, in death we become beacons.
OK, good to hear and I understand your point. But truthfully, I think we’re better off being bold on this one, all of us sending them an email and saying, ‘bring it on’ if you really think you want to. They would be stopped in their tracks, all of us would know what the others on our side are doing, and the vermin on the other side would quickly realize that the numbers don’t work very well in their favor. That’s probably the safest route for us to take, the one that probably serves best to reduce the chance anyone goes down.
I’m not passive. I’m probably more antagonistic than you are. Nevertheless. They will take you out. You can’t expect otherwise if you wait until the ultimate moment; if you sit home polishing your guns while they register and legislate, and tell yourself that you don’t have to do anything until they ring the doorbell. That’s like having a train coming straight at you and thinking, “I’ll stop it when it reaches me.”
I think we need to apply the “Solzhenitsyn Principle.*” Since we have the advantage of numerical superiority there is no way they can win.
*Solzhenitsyn Principle: “ ....And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say goodbye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling in terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand. The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst; the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! .... If . . . if . . . We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more - we had no awareness of the real situation. . . . We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” — The Gulag Archipelago
You “have no firearms, so you have nothing to worry about?” Great. You get to have your freedom taken away without a fight! In fact, without even a whimper! Gee, lucky you, huh?
“You see ... I have no firearms ... so I have nothing to worry about ...”
Google “Martin Niemoller”
Any Dim-o-crat who is not from the bluest of blue coastal areas is going to run for their lives in the opposite direction from this bill. (haven’t they taken enough whompin’s over gun control?)
Has it even made it out of committee yet? If it does, than THAT is the time to panic.
OK, I’ll read between the lines of your post and say that I agree 100% with what you are saying. Been saying similar to friends for a couple years now. Our institutions are so corrupted, we really don’t have a genuine remedy option within the system.
And also, I’m really tired of our side always being on the defensive, in reactive mode. Time for an offense mindset.
I’ve hear this time and time again from people. I don’t own any guns so I have nothing to worry about. The truth is, if you are on the list (and we all are because we have bought weapons at some point) it doesn’t matter if you “own” any or not. If you are on the list and can’t produce the guns, what do you think will happen? That they will say “oh, it was our mistake we thought you had guns in the house since you’re on the list”? Think again. Does anyone think confiscation won’t be used to go after anyone they find disagreeable?
You mean like what we already have here in Massachusetts? “Welcome to New England!”
I agree, I am going to the local gun show this weekend.
If they will stomp all over the second amendment then the fourth, fifth and the first amendments are meaningless and will NOT protect you.
That being said ... IMO ... it has come to the time to quit blustering and enter into an "at war" mindset. That is ... accept the fact that there has been a successful communist coup in this country and that we ARE at the beginnings of Civil War 2 or American Revolution 2. It will NOT stay non-violent for much longer. When the food prices hyper-inflate and people begin to starve, the government will create a crisis situation that will require gun confiscation ... given the state of things at that time, the bulk of the sheeple will go along with it.
This will all be according to plan.
It is better to begin organizing NOW if you do not want to become a dead patriot.
Face the facts ... you cannot successfully fight the government alone especially from your own home. Organized and prepared ... you MAY have a chance. You do NOT help the cause by being a fugitive or by being dead ... there are LOTS of youtube instructionals (for the time being) that discuss how to prepare yourself and your family for the inevitable. I strongly suggest you watch them
This diarrhea sandwich hasn't even been considered by the House.
Excellent post. To add to it I would suggest people start to read up on the concept of “Leaderless Resistance” and take it to heart.
