2007 Mark was reading a parody of GWB telling americans in 2009 all the reasons why they are stupid for not appreciating him in 2007. So Levin is not claiming those are his (anyones) exact words he read, but he is clearly trying to get his listeners sympathetic to everything he said, message "You are idiots for not appreciating GWB'. Not like Levin said “This is crap” as anyone would now, see my comment #31
