Yeah, he was way over the sarcasm plateau today. It was getting pretty stale after an hour.
The still failing nascent obama regime has not yet found its gravitas.
Like Jimmy Carter, The Anointed Won is a whizz at micromanagement. But he really has way too much on his plate at any one time to worry about the fallen sparrow. He simply will not delegate authority, and he will not act in a timely manner when it is in his best interests.
Rush’s show today was strange. It was strange how he responded to a caller who said that the quality of the calls had been low. He said their selection of callers was intentional and intended to keep us on our toes.
He’s fiddling with the show to make it appealing to a wider audience, especially women. Someone, probably a dasterdly liberal, recently predicted that his show had passed its peak. I thought about that today.
All of the talk show hosts have the job of blabbing for three hours. I don’t know how they do it so successfully.
It was stale after five minutes. I tuned out.
I know he does “tongue in cheek” sometimes and I can detect it. He sounded serious today. I don’t appreciate if he is tricking us. We have too much at stake.
He also had a strange segment bashing the “self-esteem movement.” What is that? Is it really so bad to give or receive validation? I don’t think so.
Hope Rush is not having a meds problem. He’s had so many absences lately and has put on alarming weight.
