As a former infantryman, I agree with some previous analysis I saw which indicates there wasn’t a single combat arms troop in the bunch. The whole lot are chairborne rangers.

And remember, civilians are issued ACUs in theater. I wouldn't assume soldier unless I saw a chest patch.
