The acting director of the U.S. Census Bureau, Thomas Mesenbourg, told CNSNews.com that the bureau intends to work with community organizations to make sure every illegal alien in the United States is counted in the 2010 Census.

The Census is used to apportion the seats in the U.S. House of Representatives. There are 435 House seats that are divided among the states in proportion to their population, which is determined by the decennial census. States with more people get more seats in the U.S. House.

The Director of the Census is not making policy, rather doing what the Framers of the Constitution instructed him to do and that is to count everyone.

But the Constitution also says:

"Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included within this union, according to their respective numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole number of free persons, including those bound to service for a term of years, and excluding Indians not taxed...

Indians were excluded since they weren't taxed, were not considered citizens in any way, and could not vote.

The trigger has been pulled already. Any conservative who thinks this country will be rescued from collapse into totalitarian socialism by any means other than revolt is kidding himself, though the exact nature of the revolt may be debatable. All of these things we are seeing are just more nails in the coffin. Everybody needs to prepare their minds and spirits for either what needs to be done or for what is going to happen if we don't do it.
