A special video report (2 min. 30 seconds) by American Border Patrol shows suspected illegal aliens flooding across southeastern Arizona near and on Roger Barnett's ranch last month. Actual thermal video footage shows people streaming across the desert, unimpeded by the U.S. Border Patrol. (The thermal video was provided by a "concerned citizen.") Barnett was recently sued by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund for $32 million for attempting to protect his property against trespassers. [More on MALDEF here]

And you do realize if these illegal aliens break the law,(aside from already breaking the law entering the country illegally) are caught, tried and convicted then it is the residents of individual states who will pay for their housing, food and medical care since the Feds stopped the transfer of any payments for that purpose early this year?

In Arizona you generally can't even perform a citizens arrest on them, unless they commit a felony, which simple trespass isn't. If they break into a building, that would reach felony standing, or if they refuse to leave (defiant trespass), that might reach felony status.

You can perform a citizens arrest in Arizona, but be prepared to fill out volumes of paperwork, and testify in court. I don't know why anyone would want to perform a citizen's arrest on illegals. It's much easier to call the Border Patrol to come pick them up, and let BP do the paperwork.
