Unions...no. Unions will just pass the tax cost along to their contractors to pay.

Having the increased SCHIP legislation costs tied to a cigarette tax on one side and the inclusion of $350,000,000.00 in "stimulus" funds to eradicate smoking, on the other side...

to me, is a perfect picture of liberals at their finest!

The Democratic Party have had these taxes on their agenda for two years.

I stocked up on enough cigars to get me through two Obama administrations. Hopefully the "roll your own" folks have done the same with their product.

This is an intelligence test--anyone who actually pays these taxes flunks it.
