Cutler has the arm but not the heart of a winner...
at least not at this juncture.
Aside from all the intangibles (or lack thereof) on Cutler, his game time performance is the true barometer.
My experience watching Cutler play reminded me of the younger (and sometimes older) Vinny Testaverde. God, what a cannon! But nobody could break your heart in the 4th quarter like Vinny could.
