Election long since over. 2010 not too far away. Country fights for essential freedoms as ObamaHill prepares to stampede. Funding is obviously a huge area towards the next election. Of available candidates, they need to start planning now.
What are some specific companies/industries/foundations whose interests would somewhat closely or closely align with Fred Thompson? Those who may favor him for funding or even representation. Defense and legal are obvious ones, but can anyone else think of some others?

Screw Fred Thompson. This guy had a chance to be president but instead chose to run interference for his best friend, John McCain, giving us the most dangerous president in US history.

I don’t realize it because your conspiracy theory is a load of horsecrap. Did you happen to notice virtually the entire field was full of liberal RINO egotists ? Juan, Huckster, Slick Willard & Rudy, wouldn’t have mattered which was the nominee because none would have won. The qualified Conservatives (aside from Fred) didn’t run.

Fred should have gotten into the race full force, or not at all.
He gave his best, most presidential speeches, after he was out of the running. The speech he gave for McCain was more of a ‘Obama is a Marxist’ speech and was excellent.
while campaigning for himself, he was mr Milktoast.
