I got this bugger on my work computer back in December. It was hell to get rid of, but I left that duty to the “capable” hands of the hospital’s IT department. They had to completely wipe my hard drive clean to eradicate it. If it had been my personal PC that got it, I’d be so screwed.

How many patients had to die because of that? Myself and hundreds of others at the company got hit yesterday by a network virus that hit the firewall software on each PC, which would boot but all startup programs exited with an error, and no program could be started, save for the Task Manager. The corporate network is protected better than my personal PCs, yet it catches more viri! (No patients have to be sacrificed, though.) Go figure.
