I feel exhausted from the bashing of our own ... these same people never seem to have anything bad to say about Democrats. Combine that with the fact that they jump on the threads in the #2 and #3 spots usually and it's maddening. Not that that's necessarily what happened today - but it does fit a common pattern.
Maybe someone can do a statistical analysis of the number of negative comments that appear in the first 5 reply spots on issue dealing with conservatives. I'd like to know.
I wonder if FR has been totally infilrated by the left?
It does seem like no one can survive even if they are Conservative - one vague statement and they are meat.
You know, I’m thinking that conservatives and those conservatives in the Republican Party just cannot get their act together before 2010 and when no progress is made in the mid-term election, 2012 will be another Obama event.
Actually, it’s the “no compromise” conservatives that are behind this mess - there are just too many liberals out there now getting handouts - we are screwed, big time.

With Newt threads it’s predictable that 4 of the first 5 posts will be one liners smearing him, no matter what he’s done or said in the public arena (which is usually a rousing defense of conservative principles).
Defending conservatives and conservative principles on FR is getting - you said it - very tiring.
