He’s not, but our court systems and MSM seem to believe his immigration status has been vetted by the 53% majority who voted him into office.
That these votes were made without the benefit of full vetting, or full disclosure, as any normal candidate receives, is irrelevant to the media or courts.
That people made decisions on voting for Obama after being given false, fraudulent and forged information is irrelevant, the people decided and that is what matters.
That thinking people still question, in the hundreds of thousands if not in the millions, Obama’s constitutional status to become president is irrelevant. Every court has found, so far, that NOBODY has standing to bring a case against Obama.
The media either ignores the questions or puts those that question Obama into a fringe small group of right wing wacko’s akin to the “truther” movement, now we are called “birthers” - how original.
Aside from a few talk radio hosts (Tammy Bruce and G. Gordon Liddy - if there are more, please tell me who) NO conservative talk show host will touch this story with a 10ft poll.
The Great One “drops” calls when the public starts to question Dr. Orly Tazit or other “birthers” who get past the screener. As a constitutional lawyer, he should be front and center in this debate, yet even Levin is too scared to take on Obama.
Hannity as far as I know brought up the birth control issue early in the race and seemed to accept the COLB put on the net. Since those early questions made when Hannity and Colmes was still on, nothing else has been said.
Rush, who’s always glowed when he’s getting to a politician, especially one he distrusts won’t touch the issue.
The only way we will learn the truth about Obama’s birth, his immigration status and how he was able to garner forged documents will be for people involved in this cover-up go public, in great numbers. So far, nobody has come forward, either they fear retaliation and probably their lives if they did so, or they’ve overdosed on Obama Kool-Aide and will do whatever it takes to protect him.
Sadly, we already have the information that Obama is not qualified under the constitution to hold the presidency. Evidence admitted multiple times by Obama in speech and in his two books. His father not being an American citizen leaves Obama without the important distinction of Natural Born Citizen. An open and shut case no court will touch.
Americans first feared the British, French of Spain would take our country over. We moved onto Germany and Japan and not fears of Terrorists bringing us to our knees.
Who would have thought the end of the US would come from a Kenyan illegal alien fast tracking the destruction of America.....and we voted him into office to do just that.

While Obama and impeachment are mentioned early on, it’s more about taking back our Country before it really is too late. I like everything about it. It seems to be the last peaceful alternative we have what with the concept of free and unencumbered elections waning as quickly as ACORN is waxing.
Understating the obvious, something has to be done soon.
Ever consider this possibility: This “birth certificate” is simply a carrot dangled from a string to lead us astray?
“Birthers” want a US Soldier's grandchild, which just happens to be a “military brat's” illegitimate child, denied US citizenship; meanwhile, an anchor baby of an illegal alien automatically gains US citizenship!
Our undivided attention should be focused upon removal of our Nation's domestic enemies from office in 2010.
