I don't know who this person is but he is not a licensed psychologist, and the PHD could be in anything from soup to nuts, including from some mail-order matchbook cover university. Years ago, as a former "law enforcement officer" he was one of the nuts who got caught up in the satanism/witchccraft hysteria. He espoused the belief that witches could cause acidents by looking at you and thinking bad thoughts. His listed "credentials" are all easily available by mail for a modest fee. None require actual performance or professional training.
Take his "report" for what it is worth but don't be misled by a false-front "expert" from the fringe.

Thats it folks. He got registered in Hawaii because of his GRANDPARENTS and his mother’s status as being under 19! And I will NOW bet the FARM that Obama’s birth was “Registered” well after his birthday, and not at all surprised if the place of birth is a street address! NO HOSPITAL LISTED. This is 1961, they still had moral codes then, and it had to look all on the up and up, but the Hawaiian system was EASY to corrupt if you needed to, it just wasn’t known by anyone who lived OUTSIDE Hawaii. I am telling you, Main-landers know NOTHING of Islander society - how they see things, and how things actually work. It is VERY different from the Mainland. Very. His birthday may not be his REAL birthday. People in Kenya SWEAR he was born there. All you have to do is the simple math.

There is a specific Formula that has to be followed. It’s laid out in the rules of the Senate I believe.

Race riots, Biden becomes POTUS, Biden dies in office (natural causes), we then have POTUS ??? (Biden's appointed VP), A real Republican is elected in 2012. In 2012 the R's have a majority in both houses.
That does not make any sense. If ineligible he should not have been on the ballot but the fact is the electors voted and he was put in office. So if it is found that he is Constitutionally unqualified then perhaps the court decision that finds this (would ultimately end up in front of USSC) would have a provision for his removal and replacement. Since this is unprecedented, precedent would be made. But generally if the president is unable to carry out the duties of the office then he is replaced by the VP. Now people may cry that they didn’t want Biden but that’s why the VP choice should be considered important because the VP could very well end up president for any number of reasons.
