Here's my problem. Conservatives work for money - liberals happily take handouts. When dems want extra votes, they sign up criminals. They also fight to get criminals their voting rights back.
So, what's ammo going to do for us? We don't steal... We don't expect a free ride. Is the ammo just to protect our families from liberals who will use force in a chaotic situation rather than - like they do now - use the law to take our moeny?
What's your take on the mess?
I see two immediate points.
One. It is a known commodity that seems to be holding value. Actually going up at the moment. It can be broken down into very small units for barter or traded at the hundreds of dollars level. It last for many years. It is a valued commodity by like minded Citizens.
Two. Judging by what I have seen and heard there is getting to be rather a crapload of it in the hands of those very same like minded American Citizens. That reality combined with the “blink” by ZerØ when he actually said we “don’t need to run out and buy guns” with his documented statements on total gun control tells me the recent arming of American Citizens is something the communists fear. And a government fearful of it’s Citizens is a government that will not try very hard to enslave them. It’s kind of like nukes. We as a nation do not really want to ever use them but the other side knowing we have them keeps them (mostly) on the straight and narrow.
I would not say to confine your preparations to just “buy ammo.” There are many things that every household should have in case of an emergency. And that includes natural disasters (flood, tornado, hurricane, etc). But American Citizens as a whole should, for now, continue to suck up every single round that is manufactured.
Just to keep them (mostly) on the straight and narrow.
