The guy from Georgia said he will begin tomorrow notifying LEO agencies that he cannot meet the demands for training ammo.

Well, since you can’t use the old casings and sell them to local LEO agencies, it will increase their cost of operation, thus increasing your taxes. I don’t expect it to last for many reasons, but that’s one of the foremost.

Not at all for the most part. They buy new ammo, with taxpayer money, some of it likely sent their way by the "Porkulus Bill".
