Here is video of South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford on Greta van Susteren's On the Record last night, where he explained why he may decide to reject $700 Million of Stimulus money if the Obama Administration does not allow them to use it as they see fit to pay down state indebtedness to make South Carolina more fiscally sound. Sanford does not want to take money that will create new services that will last beyond 24 months, resulting in the need to raise taxes to continue those services or programs. . . . . (Watch Video)

Perry in Texas just refused the same stimulus ($550 million) for the same reason BUT, his 2010 opponent, KBH, is concerned that not taking it is not good for Texas. (RINO BITCH!!!)

As much as I don’t like Perry, he’s right on this one. We would have to change the law to include part time workers in the unemployment benefits but when the stimulus dollars run out, Texas will have to foot the bill on these excess claims.
