He doesn’t have one (a history); he’s NOT in the habit of making them—that’s what makes this more noteworthy!

That is not really the case. I attended his church for about 5 years, and he frequently made predicitons, most of them about financial meltdown.
He has been making prediction (prophecies?) for about 30 years. Some have seemingly come to pass, others...not so much.
