Since 9-11 ....think about what happens to all the mail sent to Congress....it gets scanned....I don’t think your idea would work....nice try. Welcome to FR...
I’m more for sending copies, signed by each individual sender, of the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE....it fits in an envelope...won’t cause any problems...but, would get the message across.
