Peter Orszag, the director of the Office of Management and Budget, refused to rule out the possibility the Obama administration would press for the use of a questionable Senate tactic in which just 50 senators would be needed to pass the controversial changes.
Gunpowder time?

FEEL the bipartisanship...
Six weeks in and a lot of Obama voters are saying, 'What the hell did I do??' The pity is it's too late.

Why is it that only Dems seem to know and employ all these arcane scottish law and parliamentary procedure tactics? Where and why are these crappy loopholes even on the books?

No suprise. The demholes play at bare-knuckled take-no-prisoner politics. The wusspublicans play by the Marquis of Quennsbury rules. If I recall, the wussies didn't go "nuclear" on the judges because the demholes might do so against them in the future? well they will anyway.
The wussies will always be losers unless and until:
1) they realize the media is their enemy and will do everything they can to defeat them
2) they grow a pair

No need. We can barely see the toes of Snowe, Collins and Specter coming out of Obama’s rear end.

Of course now that the Dems have their majorities it’s time to change the rules they insisted on when they were in the minority.
Okay, GOP - toe the conservative line, get our majorities back and when the libtards come crying for “fairness and power sharing” tell them to pound sand.

Read #19. The government never “took over” the highways.
