I would pay good money to watch that happen! And the perverse thing is, Hollywood would still vote Democrat!

So why not tax them at 99% of all income over, say, $500,000 like Sweden used to do with ABBA? Sounds fair to me: nobody needs more than $500,000 per annum to live off.
