You are a nut.
You will never accomplish anything in the political world.
Take up knitting or fishing.
You are no use here.

Seriously, if you refuse to face reality, you are wasting your time and our time.

The two party system is here to stay. Third or Fourth parties are for losers and mental cases.

If you can not get 50% of a political party to believe as you believe, how in the hell do you expect to get 50% of the COUNTRY to agree with you?

And what was ACORN, if not a grass roots movement?

ACORN is a grass roots movement?

My guess was they had to be told what to think.

I do agree that OUR “grass roots movements” are the real deal, from the bottom up.

Axelrod invented “astroturf” PR. Kind of a “rent a mob” of pretty much the same people on different issues, with massive media blitz and hidden financing, to pretend he had a “revolt” or a “movement” on his side.

ACORN is a criminal enterprise.

However, there is no reason why we can't do many of the same things, with the law.

Kick ASS and TAKE NAMES for Heaven's sake.

Learn how to win! You win in this game by getting a large number of people who are willing to take action, on an issue.

ANY action at all, at this point, is just fine. This is a test drill for the next election cycle.

If they will turn out for a Tea Party, they will turn out to make phone calls and to put up yard signs and to vote.

That’a a good point. Symbolism and demonstration and organization are all useful, but it’s not the same as civil disobedience.

I think we should champion the idea of eliminating federal tax withholdings. I think if people got to keep all their money, then pay it, their whole system would crumble. Every taxpayer should get all their money, and then have to pay quarterly taxes. The rest would take care of itself. People simply are too docile and habituated to realize what it going on. Plus people are so bad with their money, many would spend it and not be able to pay. Which would be a good thing in the long run.

Only the ignorant believe that the only choice is between the lesser of two evils and never understand why "if they always do as they've always done, they'll always get what they've always got".

Go ahead and wallow in in your ignorance and accept the political corruption and wake up each morning and watch your country sink into the cesspool of socialism. What are you afraid of, to not open your eyes and stare down your enemies?

Yes, a uniform agenda would be best but it is early. My concern is momentum and who sets the agenda and who organized the delivery of ithat agenda.

I think the most important issue now is to stop, to the greatest extent possible, obambi from digging the hole deeper than it is already...part of cowboy logic there, “when you find yourself in a hole, first thing you should do is stop digging.”

At some point though you have to start offering solutions. Some of the things that are wrong with America put us where we are right now. The unbridled greed and “creativeness” of Wall Street is one, the Federal Reserve may be another. Debt is good and bankers want all of it they can get.

Social programs are another and a break from traditional education programs. Why, when some of us grew up 50 years ago and we had far less money spent on education, could we affrord the basics plus music, art, PE? Things don’t need to be complex and elaborate...we’ve gotten too carried away.

Medicine has become too complex and too expensive and fraught with too many law suits. That a non-working, non-paying belligerent “patient” can get better health care than hard working paying Americans is just plain wrong.

Illegal immigration, anchor babies and all the stuff that has exploded our population with sub-economic producers surely has not helped things.

When government responds to a downturn by raising taxes, when politics is a profession and the ruling class is better off than most of the ruled people...well, that’s just wrong too. Raising taxes in a downturn is like losing a little bit on each transaction and making it up in volume...nuts.

Folks most politicans in either party are pretty much worthless and not working for Ameicans, they are working for themselves and until that stops things won’t be as right as they should be.

I know these passionate missives get read by only a few as do many similar ones by others.

Enough for today, Sufficient unto the day.

I am really more than just a little concerned about the fate of this nation under successive Democrat administrations. I truly see a time when re-education camps will be set up similar to the ones in China during Mao's Cultural Revolution.

Reason. Conservatives have an anchor for what they believe, hence, their principles of limited government and free-market capitalism do not change over time. But the Left is constantly driven to try to re-engineer society. This process must inevitably lead to totalitarianism, since the "paradise" they pursue will always elude them, they attribute the failure to racism, greed, not spending enough money, a "vast right-wing conspiracy", or some other cause.
