Even those who arent particularly sympathetic to Israels Benjamin Netanyahu, could get a good measure of satisfaction from this interview with British Television this week. I guess it can be attributed to Minister Netanyahus days studying history at Harvard.
The interviewer asked him: How come so many more Palestinians have been killed in this conflict than Israelis? (A nasty question if there ever was one!)
Netanyahu: Are you sure that you want to start asking in that direction?
Interviewer: (Falling into the trap) Why not?
Netanyahu: Because in World War II more Germans were killed than British and Americans combined, but there is no doubt in anyones mind that the war was caused by Germanys aggression.
And in response to the German blitz on London, the British wiped out the entire city of Dresden, burning to death more German civilians than the number of people killed in Hiroshima.
Moreover, I could remind you that in 1944, when the R.A.F. tried to bomb the Gestapo Headquarters in Copenhagen, some of the bombs missed their target and fell on a Danish childrens hospital, killing 83 little children. Perhaps you have another question?

It’s a troll.
I know ya know! They are always comparing Hitler to Nazi’s, I mean when will they just let it go? Ya know? Ya know? Ya know? Ya know?
I know it’s been a few years now, but anybody who had the misfortune to follow the Kennedy vs. Romney campaign for Senate back in ‘94 will never be able to trust Romney. He ran like a scared bunny rabbit from the Boston Globe and the rest of the Democrat press in Massholechusetts and ended up pleading that he was just as liberal as Ted.
It was head-shakingly disgusting.

I don’t know how many people here remember Rabin, who was assassinated back in the 1990s, but I think that Israelis see “quite a comparison” between Bibi and Rabin.
Both good men.
Very good. It’s really surprising how many people use statements like that of the British reporter to just be able to repeat what they think anyway. It’s also really surprising how many people in this thread do the same thing.
