Did Stanley Ann Dunham keep sole US citizenship, or was she a dual citizen of any other country (I would assume Indonesia, if any)?
Wouldn't matter. She would still have been a US citizen, which would have conferred US citizenship on Maya under INA 1952's 301(a)(7).
