My brother suffers from the same disorder and criss-crossed the country repeatedly. I can imagine the level of concern that the family is going through. I will keep Joshua and his family in my prayers.
1. Post several recent pictures of him online.
2. Post the scheduled stops and changes he would have had to make.
3. Contact the police departments in those cities and fax them pictures of him.
My prayers are with you......and your son. Keep us posted, please!
Guess I am confused. The greyhound schedule for 1683 says it stops several places in Nevada. Could you mean he did not transfer?
If you look at the Schedule, you start on 1683, transfer to the 1303 in St Louis, Transfer to the 1343 in Denver, Transfer to the 1347 in Salt Lake and transfer to the 1482 in San Francisco...Arriving in Eureka on 1482.
((((((Hugs))))))) I’m sure he has your phone number.I went through this many years ago with my sister Germaine. She kept us hopping. She had schizophrenia. She went missing with no shoes or coat in the dead of winter. We called the police .One night I had a dream she was calling to me in a field.Everyone searched the field near her apartment-nothing.She turned up 3 days later. She had borrowed a cup of sugar a few doors away and stayed there 3 days.Decided to leave and called me from a pay phone on a street corner. She was trying to hitch a ride barefoot. We had her committed but they left her out in 3 days. She is with God now.No news is good news and I will pray,Fatima
I called Greyhound. It all depends on where you are going. In Josh’s case his transfer sites are: St. Louis, Denver, Salt Lake, SFO.
There are many transfer sites depending on your destination.
Prayers going up now. May God watch over him until he is reunited with you. Keep us posted.
Prayers up.
Praying that your son is returned safely to you.
Please keep us posted and may God bless you, too.
Could you ping your prayer lists? Thanks ,Fatima

Prayers up my friend. Let us know what else we can do.
You might also want to add the various states where he stopped to the list of Topics above if possible. I know I always check the Colorado list for new posts.
FReeper’s missing son may be in your area.
Prayers for Joshua and family.

Correct about transfer stops....
However the other poster is trying to make the point that there are rest stops which aren’t transfer stops during which a rider can get off the bus, use the restrooms, get a bite to eat, stretch, smoke, etc. If you look at the stops in NV that the poster was questioning you’ll see that three of them are for 15 minutes or longer which indicates they are rest/break stops.
I mentioned up thread about a trip where I saw a rider left because he failed to get back on the bus when it pulled out.

My prayers go out to you and Joshua.
Prayers for his safe return sent.
