I have heard form Phil Berg and Gary Kreep and their cases appear to be progressing well through the Courts.
Berg announced on the Michael Savage Show last week that he is about to file his 4th Lawsuit against BO. I fully expect that said Lawsuit will be the Breakthrough Case against BO.
