What is the connection of the Driver’s License to the constitutional eligibility for President issue?

The driver's license may be in a different name or point to another bread crumb that opens the doors wider.

Many people believe that Obama had a legal name change in Indonesia and/or was adopted when he went to Indonesia as a child from 1966-1971. He and his minions have refuted that saying “Barry Soetoro” was only a nickname. Looking at the rules and laws in Indonesia at the time, that's highly unlikely. If he never revealed this to Hawaiian or US officials, he would have potential US citizenship issues as well as legal jeopardy for not divulging Aliases and Former Names (like with the Illinois Bar for starters):

It is further believed that, at minimum, he used that name to enroll at Occidental College from ‘79-'81. Additionally, it is thought that he also used his Indonesian citizenship to obtain an Indonesian passport that he used for his travels overseas in the early 80s to Pakistan, India and other countries. Because he first went to Chicago in 1985, it is quite possible he did not universally use his CURRENT name. He DID seem to use Barack Obama while at Columbia, although it certain does NOT seem to be his writing style: http://d.scribd.com/docs/21d3e299ea5wg0cwxj9l.pdf

As a result, it is believed that he lost his US citizenship, possibility until 2006, when Indonesia changed their citizenship laws to allow dual citizenship. A lot of things happened in 2006, as he began to get his “ducks in a row” to run for President (as we can see with the most-recent Issued Date of Feb 2006, out of sequence for renewal in Illinois).

That would cause “Art II, Sect 1, Clause 5” Eligibility issues on TWO counts: 1) he may not be a NBC; and 2) he would not have been a (legal) resident for 14 years.

There are many aspects, in the “Court of Law” and the “Court of Public Opinion” that can be damning for him as the lawyers get their hands on prima facia:

1) Eligibility (legal)
2) Trust (legal and public opinion)
3) Allegiance (public opinion)

As his approval numbers go down from the financial mess, you can bet that opportunistic Dems will probably "drop the goods" they have on him if those of us don't get to him first!
