According to Mr. Reich it sounds like he supports anyone who is not professional or experienced should build the new American infrastructure.
Is the CHANGE we should build American on?

Just remember this; if the ‘PORKULUS PACKAGE’ in its’ entirety had been dumped into welfare, it would ALL have recycled back into the economy in less than 24 hours !
