Please share - what kind of vehicle???
That happens every saturday night at short tracks all across the country. (When the weather is a little warmer)
And the claim (more of a joke, than a claim, really) had NOTHING to do with NASCAR, specifically.

Nothing may be 100% union or commie free, but we can certainly mitigate the amount of our money both receive. I blame unions and anti-business practices of the democrats everywhere for this quadry we find ourselves in.
Speaking of the commies. I was in a local grocery store yesterday. I looked at all the pre-packaged frozen fish and other seafood they had. There was a big American flag on the front. The name of the company incorporated the word "American" (can't remember the exact name). Basically, they were trying to look patriotic and give the home-made feel to the consumer.
Upon turning the bag over, I discovered the words "Product of China." Everything they had (salmon, tilapia, cod, etc...), except the frozen, breaded shrimp was from China. The shrimp was from Taiwan.
I buy what I can afford to buy. I mitigate both union and commie purchases. Unfortunately, there is no real way around either of them.
Go ahead, try living for a year on no imported products. You can't do it anymore. Why buy American if it's made by anti-American unions? Even the American automaker-made cars have commie-made parts in them.
I have plenty of problems with the unions having been an AFL-CIO member myself but they are far from the sole problem. After all, the companies that sit down and sign unsustainable agreements deserve half the blame.
Personally I think we could put ourselves back on fair footing by getting rid of union support of democrats. There are huge numbers of union members in this country who are conservatives and Reagan understood that. He was tough but fair with the union members and they supported him in huge numbers.
2008 Dodge Avenger.
The body looks great, but everything else is complete sh*t.
Unfortunately, that big union support was 25 years ago when Reagan took the 1984 election in a land-slide. I think many of the conservative union members have retired.
I know not all of the union conservatives are gone, but I think their ranks are considerably thinner these days.
You are right, we need to do something to show that the democrats really don't care about the unions, only their votes.
I'll concede management is also to blame.
I noticed this same tricky packaging on seafood, too. I also noticed the same “tricks” on dog treats. They had the American flag, American brand name and the fine print on the back side said “Made in China”! After the China pet food scare, I put the treats back on the shelf. Buyer beware ;-)
I think it’s actually:

That one reminds me of my new Escape. I haven't flipped it yet, but haven't read the directions either.

“When did this happen?”
it goes back to when FORD opened a plant in Viet Nam...
they ran up the flag at corporate headquarters and Viet Nam veterans like myself voiced outrage...
“I just don’t believe you.”
I couldn’t care less whether you “believe me.”
When did it happen? If i could find any evidence to support your claim, I’d join you in your outrage.
You claim I’m a liar and you want me to hold your hand and
do your own homework for you too, newbie...shezzzzzzzzzzzzz
The question should be.Should Americans buy Automobiles from companies that are bailed out with taxpayer dollars. My answer to that would be hell NO.Why should I pay for a car twice. It doesn’t make any sense too me.
How about what decade did this occur.
Just check what cars your liberal friends/acquaintances drive.
I bet you will find that very few of them are union made... but they are happy to support a bail out of the unions with your money...:^)
Ask them about this and watch their reaction... it's a hoot.
Dont’ you know how to use a “search engine?
