The Fascist States of America
American Daily Review ^ | 2/17/09 | Timothy Birdnow

Here is a piece by Michael Ledeen in which he argues that the road we are taking is not socialism-the abolition of private property-but fascism. Most people know little about fascism beyond funny mustaches, fat strongmen, and genocide; the economic philosophy in which private property is retained but at the complete disposal of the State. Fascism was called the “third path“ by such fascists as Peron in Argentina, for example, and it bears a striking resemblence to the system that BHO is trying to institute here in these once free United States.

Fascism was the brainchild of Benito Amilcare Andrea Mussolini (the aforementioned strongman), a committed socialist who edited Italy`s socialist newspaper and renamed the Italy the Italian Social Republic. Mussolini`s father was a Marxist radical blacksmith with a nationalist streak, and the young Benito followed suite.

If you want to know what Fascism is, and compare it to the current crop in Washington, it is wise to read what Mussolini thought he was doing. His 1932 missive “What is Fascism“ gives us a clue.

I just emailed special@foxnews.com with this:

Dear People,

A politico-economic system where the means of production are in private hands, but the control is in the hands of the government is called FASCISM, NOT “European Socialism.” That’s where everything that goes wrong is blamed on the private sector while when everything that goes right (IF anything goes right at all), credit gets taken by the politicians, especially the most incompetent ones. What are you afraid of, the liberal media which insists on reserving the “fascist” designation for any harshness in government? After all, THAT is a ridiculous example of defining by non-essentials, now, isn’t it? Please don’t contribute to the Orwellization off the English language.

Obama is a Commie Marxist, not a Fascist. All his history points to his Commie roots, plus his actions since becoming president prove how much of a Marxist he really is.

“It is obvious what the fraudulent issue of fascism versus communism accomplishes: it sets up, as opposites, two variants of the same political system; it eliminates the possibility of considering capitalism; it switches the choice of “Freedom or dictatorship?” into “Which kind of dictatorship?”

—thus establishing dictatorship as an inevitable fact and offering only a choice of rulers. The choice—according to the proponents of that fraud—is: a dictatorship of the rich (fascism) or a dictatorship of the poor (communism).

That fraud collapsed in the 1940’s, in the aftermath of World War II.

-that both are socialistic, in theory, in practice, and in the explicit statements of their leaders—that under both systems, the poor are enslaved and the rich are expropriated in favor of a ruling clique—that fascism is not the product of the political “right,” but of the “left”—that the basic issue is not “rich versus poor,” but man versus the state, or: individual rights versus totalitarian government—which means: capitalism versus socialism.~ Ayn Rand “‘Extremism,’ or The Art of Smearing,”

"It is too obvious, too easily demonstrable that fascism and communism are not two opposites, but two rival gangs fighting over the same territory—that both are variants of statism, based on the collectivist principle that man is the rightless slave of the state ~Ayn Rand "Capitalism"

"Obama is a Commie Marxist, not a Fascist."

I believe that Obama is a Marxist too, but the evolution of our government presently is textbook Fascist. I believe that Marx himself theorized that Capitalist societies become Fascist as a natural progression to Socialism. Perhaps an explanation lies there, or in the fact correctly pointed out that Benito Mussolini was a very strident Socialist before he founded the Fascist Party. The point where he and the Socialist International parted ways I believe was when he became a nationalist and supported Italy's entry into WW I.

What? I just put my “Onama, Pelosi, Reid - The Axis of Fascism” bumper sticker on my car.

Do I have to change it now?

I saw George Soros and he spoke of the “Third Way” on Bill Moyers’ Journal a few months ago.

Odd.

facism is the tools used by marxists that help them implement their policy and power structure.

“fascism is the tools used by marxists that help them implement their policy and power structure.”

Bingo. You get the prize. Obama would institute socialistic communism if he could get away with it, but he can’t, at least not yet. So he goes for the next best thing, fascism. He can’t confiscate private property, so he will instead, via incrementalism, nationalize most likely the big banks first, then the auto industry, then probably more banks, etc. He will institute nationalized healthcare. He could very well attempt to take over 401k’s, and nationalize pensions. He will centralize like mad. The next step, if our sheeple allow it, will then be a stronger version of socialism/communism. That’s if he gets a full 8 years in office to institute his master plan. He ain’t a student of Saul Alinsky for nothing.

Rand nails it. Again. Do we really care whether we have a ruthless soviet socialist dictator with absolute power over our lives or a ruthless national socialist dictator with absolute power over our lives? I doubt that those in the Russian gulag felt any different about their lot in life than those in the German camps.

I think it would be best to handle this on a protectionism viewpoint at state levels, utilizing the 10th Amendments and declaring state by state sovereignty we can actually envision driving cross country and when passing state lines see that each state proudly displays that its not bound by the Marxist emboldened government.

Some states of course will succumb to socialism and some will be in a grand position like Alaska to have its remote position a unique quality.

Hawaii is another unique state, it could very well possibly go back to total control by its Polynesian heritage.

agreed.

This whole “socialism VS facsism” was a ruse setup by the socialists, to give us an either/or choice, socialism being the lesser of the two evils. Which is why voting for a RINO VS ‘RAT is not a good choice either.

Odooma hasn’t been in office for even a month and his displays of antagonism for free enterprise is oozingly obvious like an infected cut.

It’s going to be a long 4 years fighting the constant onslaught of tyranny. They are trying to overload our senses and wear us down for the fight ahead.

Life in Chicago must be extremely tough for you! Fight on! This Missouri guy is pullin for you!
