The Supreme Court has ruled on this kind of thing a gazillion times, but liberal profs never stop trying to get away with it. They know it’s only a matter of time before liberals own the judicial branch, so they’ll keep trying. I’m sure judicial nominations are no longer a problem in Congress, and judges will be confirmed immediately. It’s unfortunate that Bush wasn’t able to get many of his nominees even voted on.

A left-wing fascist professor once refused to give me a grade on a paper because I had written about the millions of deaths caused by communism. He claimed that Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, and other communist murderers were “not real communists.” Even though virtually all of my college professors were leftists, he was the only one who tried to punish me for my views.

He wanted me to change my paper so that it didn’t blame any deaths on communism. I argued with him and finally he gave me a C-minus on the paper as I’d originally written it.

I ended up getting a B in the class, perhaps because I reminded him that it might look odd if someone with a 3.7 GPA got too low a grade.
