Jas3’s post is noteworthy.

I’m still one of the paranoids.

Soros has done this before, and there were lots of people who wanted W out. People with power over us.

I guess the point is that we’re vulnerable. The financial world is bigger.

How to close this breech?
Obviously our debts have us over a barrel, but we’re stuck.
What else can be done?

Sovereignty vs. free markets—that’s the quandary.
