Since they are owned by EBAY, I assume so. EBAY banned gun sales many years ago, even between parties in the same state.

They will freeze you account and try to freeze any credit cards and bank accounts associated with it. I’ve discussed problems with people who have had $10K and more tied up for nearly a year and only resolved by law suit....

I a company that will take your business, but you get bumped into the high risk category nd they charge you more points in transaction costs.
