They will find a way. Ironically, a whole lot of fraud victims are victims because they were looking for something for nothing, or at least a better deal than common sense would support, like Madoff’s victims.
Fraud is a serious crime but, I don’t recall ever fearing a fraudster would nuke my hometown.
