In 2001, the lib media was criticizing George W. Bush for bad-mouthing the recession economy that he inherited from Bill Clinton. They said Bushs pessimistic tone was not presidential.
Eight years later, President Golden Calf is bellowing down to us from on high that we have a CRISIS thats about to become a CATASTROPHE unless Government Acts Now! (The minute a politician tells you that Government has to do something right now or else disasters going to strike, hide your money, hide your children, hide your belongings, and break out the shotgun.)
And the lib media is agreeing with him.
Overt, blatant, unequivocal, indesputible, liberal media bias aside, the truth is that it was Government that caused this crisis in the first place. Big, bloated, bureaucratic, politically correct, responsibility-punishing, irresponsibility-rewarding Government.
So how does Team Hope&Change want to fix it? By doing more of it! (Isnt the definition of insanity when someone does the same thing over and over again, but expecting a different result?)
Dont get me wrong; it happened during the Bush administration too. Way too often. Bush acted like a big spending Democrat. If it werent for the fact that he was a practicing Christian and actually wanted to protect the country from evil people who want to kill us, Bush should have been a liberal/Democrats favorite Republican president. But thats another story for another time
But back to President Hope&Change and his stimulus package pork bill. My fellow Rite Jew at the Yid with Lid blog lays it out here:
President Obama has said it over and over...there is NO Pork in this bill. Hes wrong. Below is a list released by Senator Tom Coburns office. It is not a total list but a quick look many of these programs may be justified, BUT NOT AS A STIMULUS.

B`roke Odooma, leading America into bankruptcy.
What’s to analyze? Pork is not kosher.
Are you advocating revolution?
No, no revolution. Just self-defense.
