One thing is sure: No one can say anymore, "I didn't know." EVERYONE who is pushing these deaths needs to know what it really is.

Dehydration is painful. It can cause severe cramping and pain. Even a patient who is not conscious will often exhibit signs of pain and suffering when deprived of fluids. Often they will groan, or make motions indicative of pain. It isn’t necessarily this way with all patients, but it is with some.
Ask anyone who has worked in hospice and they will tell you the same thing.
