Sounds like a great Battle Cry... can you imagine all the liberals calling Harry Reid and asking him why he killed an ammendment that would have put the money into the hands of the taxpayers instead of flushing it down the toilet and sending us the bill for it...
Conservatives think this is a great bill?
Some rich folks write checks for over one hundred thousand dollars so a lot of poor folks can get checks of $5,000.
