(His birth certificate father may be a natural born citizen, but one whose origin is not as romantic as Obama Sr.) Once it is established legally (via the vault Birth Certificate) that Obama Sr. is in fact his father, he should be Article II, clause 5 disqualified on the basis that at birth he had an actionable claim of citizenship upon the British Empire, and therefore cannot possibly be a national born citizen, one prerequisite of which is undivided allegiance.
