O’Reilly Factor must read GOPMike!!!

We will not see a conservative ANYTHING in America for the next generation. The Left finally has reached critical mass with The Sheep, and they now have a writ to do as they please. And that means The Right is finished as a national faction.

I have been on and off FR for the past eight years. The common denominator among conservatives is simple: there IS no common denominator. “No one is conservative enough”; “if you don’t agree 100% with me, you’re a RINO/troll/pervert”; and if you ever dare ask just what “conservative” means, the answer you get is, “it sure as hell ain’t YOU!”

I’m a writer on the side, mainly sci-fi/fantasy - but the biggest fantasy of all is, that there will emerge a conservative hero to lead this nation back from the abyss. The Left will not allow such a person to walk the earth (does the name Sarah Palin ring any bells?). Even the GOP aided in destroying conservative candidates in he last two elections.

One thing is clear: welcome to the fringe. We can never be united again. Because we don’t WANT to be.

One point I tried to make in the last election cycle was to focus on who are real enemy is. Too many times I saw Republicans/conservatives eating their own rather than standing up to the real threat. We see the results of that. The barbarians have breached the gates yet conservatives persist in trashing their own rather than fight the liberal hordes. And every time I see a post that has something about a "trueconservative^TM" I have to shake my head. The landscape is littered with noses cut off to spite so many faces. Conservatives aren't ever going to regain power if we insist on fighting each other rather than liberals.
