I believe this is the second time that Leo has dropped the matter. He’s a good person and good lawyer but a bit too nervous and high-strung to be involved in the eligibility crisis. I’m almost as negative as he is about the US court system but it’s my foolish nature to continue to hold out hope.
I don’t know much about Donofrio’s thinking, although I have been impressed by his clarity. I would remind anyone paying attention that the power and authority of We the People supercedes the power and authority of any court.
Are you kidding? This guy is looney tunes. Did you actually read what he wrote? I'm still not sure if it's supposed to be a farce because I can't believe what I just read. Moreover, I'm stunned--stunned!--that there are apparently people on this thread that genuinely moved by the rantings of a mad man.
Yes, I was too. Particularly the part about the vast government conspiracy with the homeless to prevent him from filing paperwork with the court. I guess FedEx must have been in on this too, since he decided that he had to physically file his paperwork.
Well, let's think about that. He files his looney tunes paperwork, and cert is denied. So I guess there would be about one cent for the ink on the stamp that they use to stamp his brief as "filed" and then maybe one cent for the Internet space that houses the information about his case, and maybe five cents for the salaries of the justices during the one second they considered the case.
Seven cents. That might be high.
I liked Leo’s promotion of the grand jury presentments concept. I wish I had the ability and resources to try it.
Leo and Orly should be surrounded by friends because they jeopardize the plans set into motion by the most powerful group on earth. Hopefully they won’t disappear, many people I am sure have felt the need to go underground and are not backing off in any respect. This surely does sound like a techno thriller movie what with tracking and all but I do not doubt any of it. Dr. Taitz is the one that I fear the most for her personal safety, I dearly hope that she has the proper security near her and has her associates properly checked out.
There is a concerted attack upon her in several ingenious ways to discredit her, from postings here at FR to her own web blog. We must be vigilant in our efforts to portray FACTS, not rumors or at least state that reports or articles have yet to be confirmed.
The left is crying fire in the moviehouse and is selling the popcorn as well, don’t buy into anything that sounds too contrived.
While an Illinois legislator, Barack Obama worked on four occasions to cancel the Constitutional human rights of newly born alive human beings. He did this as a way to empower himself with the most radical left of the Democrat party. His method was to argue that 'if the Constitutional rights of newly born alive children were recognized then such would erode the power of Roe v Wade'!
With the current political campaign, Barack Obama and the Democrat Party are fighting tooth and nail to avoid submitting for We The People to inspect, the very background material which is required when applying for a job with a corporation, much less a top security position: the college records, the birth certificate, the working history, medical history, etc.
To top it all off, the way Barack Obama and the Democrat Party are dragging out this controversy over his eligibility, they are aligning the circumstances in such a way as to build up an extortion scenario, where the growing threat of violence and mayhem will be implicit in urging that We The People set aside the Constitutional requirements for someone to be President much less take the oath of office legitimately!
The way this man and his army of attorneys are handling this issue is a strong indication as to how he will handle any issue where the Constitution might be in opposition to what he wants to do, what powers he wants to assume, what strategic moves he wants to make! It is for that reason that We The People must, YES MUST, demand that this sneaky man and his political party be made to follow the Constitution regardless of the riots his sycophants may threaten and/or perpetrate. Sadly, John Roberts doesn't see a need to uphold the Constitution.
Barack Hussein Obama (if that is in fact his real name) is a sneaky thuggish operator. His political rise to power has shown that. He will ignore any law which is an inconvenience to his empowerment, just like he worked to cancel the Constitutional Rights of the most vulnerable newly born alive infants in Illinois, protecting the killing method of 'pernicious neglect' as a way to slaughter newly born alive children.
Let me iterate that more succinctly: Barack Obama worked to cancel Constitutional Rights of newly born children, as a means to empower himself (and perhaps protect the industry of fetal tissue harvesting which may have been a campaign contributor to him).
He is right now working to cancel the Constitutional requirements for becoming President, using the implicit threat of violence --a threat which grows more imminent with every passing day he ignores the right of We The People to know the facts on him. And he is orchestrating that growing threat as the damned thug that he is-- in his campaign to have himself installed as president despite the illegitimacy of his candidacy. He has also sent his minions to the media and Internet, to squelch a rising din over the issue, because the more aware the people are of this possible illegitimacy the less empowering are threats over rejection of him for illegitimacy.
If Barack Hussein Obama will work to cancel the rights of the most vulnerable in order to empower himself and/or his special interests, and Barack Obama will send out an army of attorneys to stonewall the vetting of him on eligibility issues, what is to stop such a thug from doing anything he wants with a democrat controlled Congress behind his empowerment? Elections have consequences. As we see clearly from his past actions, the Constitution is nothing more than a weak contract Obama ignores when it suits him to do so.
And apparently snorted a whole lot of cocaine.

We’ve all seen the Clinton Body Count. You don’t have to be paranoid to think it is extremely improbable that one person would be surrounded by so many dozens, even hundreds, of suspicious suicides, crash victims, and other suspicious deaths.
Clinton grew up among the Dixie Mafia and kept his connections with them. Obama grew up among the Chicago Mafia and has also kept his connections with them.
Obama doesn’t appear to have a body count yet, not that we know about, unless you include those suspicious homosexual deaths in his church—which seems a stretch to me. What would be the point? But that doesn’t mean he and his pals won’t do what they think is necessary.

Also, before I read this, I had no idea that RFID tags were being put into passports (and apparently many other items too). I was surprised to learn this and that prompted my off-topic response.

In the days leading up to Nov. 3, 2008… my cell phone and that of a family member were subjected to treachery that only somebody with serious power could have accomplished.
Leo, next time your cell phone is being tapped by the Feds, all you need to do is to drop by a 7-11 and pick up a pre-paid Cell Phone. If you did that, not even the CIA could tap your phone!

Certainly possible. But Larry Sinclair publicized his affair with The One and was simply smeared and discredited, while the press ignored it.
I agree that Obama is probably gay, and was probably abused by his Commie mentor, Frank Marshal Davis. But the press will cover for him, so I’m not sure it would be necessary to kill those guys.
Still, who knows? Actually, bill clinton killed a lot of guys when he didn’t really have to, since the press got into the tank with him. I think the Arkancides tended to decrease when he realized they weren’t really necessary.
I tend to believe he is ‘bi-sexual’. Is that designation considered ‘gay’? And if he was/is involved with homosexuals, is there a drug connection, too? Many homosexuals are drug users ... even U.S. Senators seem to be drug users (popper anyone?).
