The one line I will take issue with is the comment on Boeing. The hottest selling aircraft in the world, the single aisle 737 is largely built from US parts. It may not be all Boeing parts, but the overwhelming majority of the airplane is from the U.S. manufacturers. Less so on the larger twin aisle aircraft with large section of fuselages shipped from Japan. But still even with the numerous over seas suppliers, a hit on Boeing is a huge hit on the economy. Many thousands of Americans draw a Boeing paycheck, and many thousands more Americans draw a paycheck from their company because of Boeing.

And Boeing is still the #1 exporter of of finished goods in the country. The money from those sales come back to the U.S.

NEW 737’s or refurbished?

Boeing opened up a new line in China last year, did it not?

Maybe not all airframe stuff, but a huge line for airframe production

It was 10 years ago that Pratt people complained that 20% of all civilian work was done overseas, now it is literally 80% of all Civilian AND Military engine work is overseas

If Obamanazi tried to stimulate the economy through defense spending, there will no way be the economic response that FDR had, not in any way, shape or form
