I don’t believe this report.

I agree that Hussein is the biggest threat to America since Pearl Harbor, but I don’t believe the Supreme Court has been given orders.

A much more believable scenario is to note that the SC always has a wet finger held up to the political winds. They read the same newspapers, talk to the same people as others in Washington. They probably made a *political* judgement (which they would probably lie to themselves saying it was a “constitutional judgement”) that the One’s legitimacy was not to be questioned.
