I’m sorry if you think I’m “trying to defend the Democrat position.” I’m trying to dispel a lot of misconceptions about our court system and how it actually operates which I keep reading on FR, most of them posted by nonlawyers.
We non lawyers here are concerned citizens who know a sham when we see one. We can read! The Constitution says that the President must be a natural born American citizen. By having Obama hide his original birth certificate from examination, it can easily be concluded that he’s most certainly a British born citizen. The only word out is that he was born in Kenya.
We citizens know that eventually some authority will have to listen to our noise.
