Such zones would be for businesses needed to secure energy independence and revive the national economy; they could include but not be limited to: nuclear energy/plant construction, coal mining and oil/gas drilling, auto and electronics manufacturing, etc. Tasks that a) involve real creation of wealth and products, and b) make our nation less dependent on the whims of foreign markets. “

Do you REALLY want a nuclearn plant to be built with out those “bothersome” federal regulations?

You probably should rethink this..
