Here is audio of Rush Limbaugh today offering a response to President Barack Obama's Economic Stimulus Plan. Rush's alternative plan is a take-off on Obama's assertion to GOP Leaders last Friday, when he said "I won," as they discussed the stimulus plan. Rush rightly points out that Obama's victory means that 53% of the American people voted for him, but 47% did not. Therefore, Rush suggests Obama spend 54% of the money using his left-wing ideals, and allow 46% of the funds to be spent using free market principles! This is classic Rush! If only such an approach was taken! . . . . . . . . (Listen to Rush)

Classic? More like retarded. We have one country, we need one solution. Because 54% of the country voted for Obama, Obama gets to pick the solution. Should we have been splitting the federal budget 51/49 the last 8 years?

But-but-but this would call into question the infallibility of The One, and the great expertise of the entire nascent obama regime.

Apply common sense AFTER their minds are already made up?

The One won.

And he has trumped the Republicans.

TO MR NONOTHING: Yes we need one solution but it is not Bambi’s socialist plan.

Wow. Do you realize context is our friend?

The whole point of this proposal is that Obama is running about claiming he’s bi-partisan because he included Republicans in meetings. That’s it. he won’t take their suggestions, he’ll just allow them in the room. Rush trumped him with a proposal that’s truly more of a bi-partisan compromise then anything in those proposals Obama has sponsered.

Second, Screw that thinking. I don’t recall one damn Democrat singing the praises of to the victors go the spoils when Republicans were in charge. Not only would it be stupid to do, which we know therefore Republicans will probably do it, our system wasn’t set up to allow no opposition. Obama is not a King and the Democrat Majorities are not our Feudal Lords.

Are YOU really that retarded? Legislation is always about compromise, although right now Mr. BipartisanZero only has to compromise with other Democrats (ie bailout California, bailout New York, and so on).

Please tell me you just had a brain tumor removed and youre not "yourself".

The only flaw in the logic is that it would be clear which side works. It would be anything but clear, and you can be that the democrats and the media (at the risk of being redundant) would claim that the Keynesian side won. And that’s ok, that fact that Obama could take credit for the 46% that really sparked the economy increases its appeal for him.
